I think the White Chocolate Macadamia Nut cake is really good. the entire cake looks very nice and pure, very white in colour, from the sponge cake they used, they used the vanilla sponge cake. The sponge cake is very fragrant and moist. They mixed the Macadamia Nut with the whipped cream. I like the white chocolate topping on the cake. It was pretty thick. The white chocolate is pretty sweet but its sweetness is balance out with the sponge cake so the flavours were just right.
