The tempura here isn't like the japanese tempura where the prawns is wrapped with flour and deep fried it. THe tempura here is like the sweet potato. I like to eat it because after they fried it, they will pour in some powder. The powder then will stick on the tempura. The tempura taste very sweet. I like to eat it while walking around shopping because it is a very good finger snacks.
