I had a really heavy lunch and I felt pretty bloated. I wanted something sour to aid in my digestion. I decided to try the lemon ice cream from kindori. I really got what I wanted. The ice cream was indeed sour. My tolerance for sour food is pretty high so I found it just right for me. After finishing up the entire ice cream, i did not feel so bloated. So I guess the lemon ice cream did help me to digest my heavy meal. Great dessert! continue reading
