这道客家的炸肉之前我就在老板家吃过，味道很重很好吃，今天有机会来这里尝真的很开心，这道菜最重要的就是猪肉经过腌制后拿去炸然后和木耳一起煮熟。当我咬下去的时候我能吃到有南乳还有绍兴酒的味道，非常的好吃。 continue reading
