This is one of their indonesian side dish. Basically they wrapped everything together in flour then deep fried in. I like to dip with their sambal because it makes it very spicy and extra delicious. But then sometimes this dish will give you the oily smell. So best is still use the spicy sambal to cover the smell. So when you eat it, you wont taste any smelly smell in your mouth.
