The picture above is the Kapitan chicken pie. The crispy pastry contains a combination of curry chicken and potatoes. The pastry is a little too oily and flaky for me and I usually ask the barristers not to overheat it as the skin of the pastry gets burnt easily. The curry chicken is not that spicy but the protein and carbohydrates are pretty heavy for a simple meal. continue reading
