Ingredient and Portion
400 g raspberries / 400 克覆盆子
400 g blackcurrants / 400 克黑加仑子
400 g blueberries / 400 克蓝莓
1 litre water / 1 公升水
Method
1. Wash and hull the raspberries.
将木莓洗净去蒂。

2. Wash the blackcurrants and blueberries carefully.
将黑加仑子和蓝莓彻底洗净。

3. Juice all the red berries by inserting them little by little.
将各种水果榨汁,每次放入少量。

4. Collect the coulis and use it in yogurts, crepes, waffles, etc.
榨取的酱汁可以伴食酸乳酪,薄烤饼或窝夫。
Tips
When not in season, use frozen red berries. Allow them to defrost fully before juicing them. You can also flavour your coulis with vanilla, orange blossom water or a little cinnamon.

不当造时可以用急冻红莓,但必须彻底解冻后才榨汁,也可以用香子兰,橙花水或少许肉桂调味。
