Prawns can be cooked in such a way besides steam or blanched! Prawns with tomato sauce! Sweet and sour. It helps to enhance appetite too!

海鲜里的虾有各种的煮法。就如这道茄汁虾球食谱,甜中带酸!挺开胃的!
Ingredient and Portion
Prawn 300g (About 16 pcs) / 中型虾子 300g(约16只)
1 Tomato / 番茄 1粒
2 tbsp Tomato Sauce / 番茄酱 2大匙
1 small bowl of Water / 水 1小碗
2 cloves garlic / 蒜头 2瓣(切成蒜米)
2 tbsp soy sauce / 酱油 2大匙
1/2 salt teaspoon / 盐 1/2茶匙
1 egg / 鸡蛋 1粒
Few drops of Oil / 油 少许
Method
1.Shell the shrimp (left the tail), washed and sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon salt and let sit for about 1hr.
虾子去头去壳(留虾尾),洗净后用半茶匙盐腌制至少一小时。

2.Cut the tomato and set aside.
番茄切丁备用。

3.Heat the oil, saute the garlic.
烧热少许油,把蒜米爆香。

4.Add shrimp and stir fry until half cooked and then poured in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and water to mix together, then add in soy sauce.
放入虾子翻炒至半熟,然后倒入番茄丁、番茄酱和水拌匀,然后加入酱油调味。

5.After the sauce boiled, beaten the eggs, pour the sauce, stir gently made it become egg flower, and ready to serve.
酱汁煮滚后,把鸡蛋打散,倒入酱汁里,轻轻搅拌做成蛋花,即可上桌。
Tips
You may omit the egg flower part according to personal liking.
不喜欢蛋花的话可以把蛋花的部份省略掉.
