Marinate the chicken chop with Marinade for 30 minutes. 先将鸡扒加入腌料腌制30分钟。
1tbsp Lemon Zest / 柠檬皮 1大匙 1tbsp Lemon Juice / 柠檬汁 1大匙
300gm Potatoes (Cook for 10 minutes) / 马铃薯 (煮10分钟) 300克
Roast at 250℃ for 25-30 minutes. 以250℃烤25-30分钟即可。

300gm Potatoes (Cook for 10 minutes) / 马铃薯 (煮10分钟) 300克
50gm Garlic / 蒜瓣 50克
50gm Shallot / 小葱头 50克
1tbsp Lemon Zest / 柠檬皮 1大匙
1tbsp Lemon Juice / 柠檬汁 1大匙
1tbsp Rosemary / 迷迭香1大匙
1/2 tsp Salt / 盐1/2茶匙
1/2 tsp Sugar / 糖1/2茶匙
1tsp Black Pepper / 黑胡椒粉1小匙

Marinade / 腌料
1tsp Salt / 盐1小匙
1tbsp Oyster Sauce / 蚝油1大匙
1tsp Sugar / 糖1小匙
1tsp Black Pepper / 黑胡椒粉1小匙
1tbsp White Wine / 白酒1小匙
1tbsp Rosemary / 迷迭香1大匙
1tbsp Lemon Zest / 柠檬皮1大匙
1tbsp Lemon Juice / 柠檬汁1大匙
Method
1. Marinate the chicken chop with Marinade for 30 minutes.
先将鸡扒加入腌料腌制30分钟。

2. Put all the remaining ingredients in CW Space Oven Wok, place the marinated chicken chop on baking tray, roast at 250℃ for 25-30 minutes.
把其余的材料置入CW 太空双宝锅内,然后把腌制好的鸡扒放在烤架上,以250℃烤25-30分钟即可。
