Ingredient and Portion
Ingredients A / 材料A:
500g winter gourd / 冬瓜500克
3 pcs fresh mushroom (cut into pieces) / 鲜菇 3朵(切块)
some fried bean curd stick (blanched) / 炸脆腐竹片 适量(飞水)

Ingredients B / 材料B:
50g monkey head mushroom (blanched) / 猴头菇50克(飞水)
4 bowls water / 水 4饭碗
10 pcs gingko (halved) / 白果 10粒(开边)
some carrot slices / 红萝卜片 适量

Ingredients C / 材料C:
1 tbsp oil / 油1汤匙
3 slices ginger / 姜片3片
Seasoning
1/2 tsp salt / 盐 1/2 茶匙
2 tsp vegetarian stock granule / 斋汤味素 2茶匙
Method
1. Cut winter gourd into thin slices and set aside.
将冬瓜连皮切薄片,备用。

2. Boil ingredients B for 10 minutes.
把全部材料B煮约10分钟。

3. Saute ingredients C until fragrant, add in winter gourd and fresh mushroom, tir-fry briefly before pouring in boiled ingredients B; simmer until winter gourd soften, add in bean curd stick and seasoning, done.
爆香材料C,加入冬瓜片和鲜菇炒片刻,倒入煮沸的材料B,煮至冬瓜软身,加入腐竹片和调味料,即成。
