This will be your next best friend! Korean style fried chicken wings! It's such a hit from the recent Korean drama "My Love from the Stars"! 韩式炸鸡食谱是因为《来自星星的你》而突然火辣红起来。韩国料理在大马也十分受欢迎的。一式两味的炸鸡可以让你慢慢享受了。
Pre-marinate steps: / 腌制步骤: 1. Clean and dry the chicken wings 把鸡翅解冻后清洗干净,用厨房纸印干
2. Marinate the chicken for about 1 hour (Maximum) or 30 Minutes (Minimum) 吧鸡翅用腌料部分的材料腌制大约1小时(最多)或多过30分钟(最少)。
3. Mix all the ingredients under the batter ingredients section – mix well. 面糊:把面糊部分的材料拌均匀,即成粉浆。
4. Mix all the ingredients under the sauces ingredients together and stir well. 韩式酱汁:把酱汁部分的材料拌均匀,即成韩式酱汁。
Method: / 做法: Step 1: Place chicken wings into the corn-starch, then mixed it into the batter. 先将鸡翅沾上玉米粉,然后才沾上面糊的。
Step 2: Heat the oil, and place the marinated and battered chicken wings into the wok of oil for approximately 12 minutes and take it up. 把适量的油烧热,然后将上粉后的鸡翅放入油锅里炸至大概12分钟就盛起。
Step 3: Bring out every piece of the chicken wings and place aside (on a sieve for the oil to drip) for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, bring the chicken to be fried again. 鸡翅拿起后需要放置大概5分钟,然后放入油锅里再炸。
Step 4: Upon frying for the second time, fry for only 5 minutes. 回锅炸需要炸多5分钟,这样鸡翅外皮会比较脆。
Step 5: Fry the garlic until fragrant and nice golden brown. 炸至香或金黄色就可以了。
Step 6: Pour in the pre-made sauces ingredients and cook until it thickens a bit. 把其他材料部分倒入锅里爆香和加入韩式酱汁煮至有一点浓稠状。
Step 7: Add few pieces (or preferred amount) of the fried chicken wings to absorb the sauce. Once it is almost dry up, then chicken wings are now ready to serve. 加入部分炸鸡,然后超至鸡沾上酱汁或酱汁收干就可以了。这样就有两款炸鸡吃了!
