Chili sauce:pounded / 姜味辣椒酱:搅烂 50g young ginger / 子姜 50克 25g red chili / 红辣椒 25克 50g water / 水 50毫升 3 tbsp white vinegar / 白醋 3汤匙 2 tbsp sugar / 糖 2汤匙 1/2 tsp vegetarian granule / 素G粉 1/2茶匙
Method
1.Cut drumstick mushroom into slices;blanch in boiling water,soak in cold water and drain. 杏鲍菇切片,飞水,过冷河捞起滤干备用。
2.Marinate with condiments for 20 minutes and skew with bamboo skewer. 加入腌料腌20分钟,用竹枝串起备用。
3.Mix batter and add in ingredients B;dip mushroom skewer in batter and deep fry until golden brown. Serve with chili sauce. 拌匀面糊,加入材料B,菇串沾上面糊,炸至金黄色即成,享用时,沾上姜味辣椒酱。
