Ingredient and Portion
Ingredients A
200g pork (minced) / 猪肉(剁碎)200克
80g canned bamboo shoot / 罐装竹笋(切碎)80克
(chopped)
1 stalk spring onion (chopped) / 青葱(切碎)1棵
1/2 tsp salt / 盐 1/2茶匙
1/2 tsp pepper powder / 胡椒粉 1/2茶匙
1 tbsp corn flour / 玉米粉 1汤匙

Ingredients B
1 1/2 litres water / 清水 1 1/2公升
1 tbsp chicken granules / 鸡精粒 1汤匙
40g carrot (sliced) / 萝卜(切片)40克
2 chinese mushroom (sliced) / 香菇(切片)2朵

Ingredients C
200g bite size crab / 螃蟹(切块)200克
20g ginger (finely shredded) / 姜(切细丝)20克
salt to taste / 盐 适量


Seasoning
Garnishing
fried shallots and coriander leaves / 炸小葱和香菜叶

Method
1.Mix ingredients well and form into a paste.
将材料混合成肉浆。

2.Take 1 tbsp of meat paste and form into ball, repeat till ingredients are used up, leave aside.
将1汤匙的肉糊捏成一粒肉球,重复至材料用完,待用。

3.Bring ingredients B to boil, add meat ball one by one.
煮开材料B,将肉球逐粒的放入。

4.Lower down flame and simmer for 5 minutes.
转小火,煮约5分钟。

5.Add ingredients C and simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish and serve.
加入材料C,煮约5分钟。用炸小葱和香菜叶装饰即可。
