Ingredient and Portion
3汤匙初榨麻油头
60克麦面
1颗鸡蛋(以1/4汤匙酱油与少许胡椒粉调配)
2片姜
4汤匙米酒
1/8汤匙盐
1杯水
1汤匙酱油
1汤匙红糖
Method
1.煮沸开水,煮面,2至3分钟即可。
2.中火以油热锅,煎蛋,直表皮变褐色即可,取出。
3.以煎蛋的热油炒香姜片,加入两汤匙的初榨麻油头,低火快炒,炒至姜片变金黄色即可。
4.在碗里加入一汤匙的初榨麻油头、盐、酱油与红糖,为调味混合料。
5.把水与米酒入锅煮,煮约30秒,然后加入调味混合料、面条与鸡蛋,煮3至5分钟即可。
