Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet - RM20Sweet and sour fish has always been my favourite dish no matter where I dine in, and here it was no different. Initially we wanted one whole fish, fried with sweet and sour sauce, but CRC Restaurant did not have it, hence we had to settle for fish fillet instead.The fish itself was pretty fresh, and tasted sweet and good. But i didn't really like the texture of it, it was a tad too soft. I would have preffered my fish fillet to be crispy on the outside and yummy

The fish itself was pretty fresh, and tasted sweet and good. But i didn't really like the texture of it, it was a tad too soft. I would have preffered my fish fillet to be crispy on the outside and yummy on the inside. Here, everything just feels too soft, including the outer flour coating.
