This is the hokkaido ichiba at the gardens mall.This is the first time i went to this hokkaido ichiba after their opening in one utama.Hokkaido Ichiba is a new japanese restaurant at One Utama Shopping Centre.This is the soft shell crab maki.This is so nice.The soft shell crab is so crispy and meaty.Every maki is full with the soft shell crab inside.The japanese rice is so soft and sticky.The maki is all fully covered with the orange color fish roe.It taste so fresh and really sweet.Like this so
