番茄意大利面除了能促进代谢,还含有美肌的功效呢!低卡路里的番茄意大利面最适合爱减肥吃货们哦!

Ingredients | 材料:350g Linguine | 细扁面 350克, 250g Cherry Tomatoes (cut in half) | 小番茄 250克 (切成两半), 2 cloves Garlic (slices) | 蒜头 2 瓣 (切薄片), 1 Onion (slices) | 洋葱(切薄片), 4 tbps Olive Oil | 橄榄油 4汤匙, 1 Chilies (slices) | 小辣椒 1条(切片), 4 Fresh Basil |罗勒 4支, 1 tbsp Coarse Salt | 粗盐 1 汤匙, Some Freshly ground pepper | 现磨胡椒 适量, 900 ml Water | 水 900ml, Some Freshly Ground Parmesan |帕马森起司 适量 (磨碎,上桌前使用)

Method | 作法:
1. Add in all the ingredients.
将所有的材料分别放入锅内。

2. Mixed evenly and cook for 15minutes.
煮大概15分钟同时搅拌均匀。

3. After done, put some parmesan cheese!
上桌前撒上Parmesan Cheese就完成了!
