Ingredient | 材料:2 pcs Boneless Chicken Breast|无骨鸡胸 2片(巴掌大), 2 tbp Baked Almond | 杏仁片 2大匙, 1/2 cup Milk | 牛奶 半杯, 1 Egg Yolk | 蛋黄 1颗, 1tbsp Sea Salt | 海盐 1 茶匙, Some Black Pepper | 黑胡椒 适量
Method | 做法:
1. Flatten the chicken breast with meat mallet, soak in milk for 5 minutes.
用肉槌稍微拍打鸡胸肉,泡在牛奶5 分钟。
2. Then season chicken breast with sea salt and black pepper and marinate for few minutes.
然后鸡胸肉撒上海盐和黑胡椒,腌制入味。
3. Before bake, dip chicken breast in egg yolk.
蛋黄液涂抹在鸡胸肉上。
4. Press almond and fully above chicken breast.
撒上杏仁片。
5. Place chicken on sheet and bake for 10-15minutes.
预热烤箱 400度F,然后烤10-15分钟即可。

1.Milk will tenderize the chicken meat and massage gently chicken become so soft.
牛奶可让鸡肉更加滑嫩多汁,适量的按摩能让鸡肉加速软化。
2. Put aluminium foil on top of almond and remove in last 3 minutes to avoid burned.
杏仁容易烤焦,入箱前先盖上铝箔纸,这样可以避免杏仁烤焦,最后3分钟才掀开即可。
