The food served at The Tranquerah a bit different from the Baba Nyonya Resturant I had tried in Malacca Town before. The Tranquerah
have their very own chef's recipe that really impressed me. Dishes that served with belacan and cincaluk create a great taste that really flavorful.
The Cincaluk Platter consists of fried prawns, squids and piesces of chicken ,I like the most because it was well marinated and proper coated, very crispy. As some of the dishses that cooked with Buah Keluak ~ Steamed Bendi Keluak & Stir fried sweet potato leaves .The Buah Keluak taste like salted black bean sauce, these creation were new to my taste bud. You can give it a try if you have never experience it before. For the Pongteh Chicken, taste not bad.
I prefer not the chicken breast meat but drumstick instead. We really enjoyed ourselves in DIY making Pai Tee, simple and yet delicious and not forgot the sambal belacan that gave the 'Kick' overall. Besides these you can try on their others signature dishes with plenty of choices.

This Chicken Mayo Sandwiches is one of my choice among all the starters. It is a light starter, very appetizing and refreshing as well . I like the thousand island dressing very much as it has a strong aroma of toasted sesame which is added into a mixture of lettuce, onion and tomato slices .I just can't stop myself to have it more. Besides this , the wholemeal bread sandwiched with slices of chicken meat and mayo spread on it give a healthy and balance diet of the day. Another dish cough my attention is Green Curry Chicken Turmeric Rice. The gravy was flavorful, rich in all kind of blended spices and point plus to have it with the turmeric rice and the lightly stir fried vegetables. Slurp for the gravy.tongue

tongue Me and my wife liked this dish very much simply because we found it a bit different in cooking method and the presentation of this dish really eyes catching. It is not just the normal butter prawn but with one special ingredient was added in~Cheddar Cheese that created a strong cheesy and buttery taste. Add on the corn kernels really a good ideal. it's really fresh , juicy and sweet when you bite on it .Really surprising us the corn kernels can go well incorporated in this recipe. Thump up for this new creation.

good quality of soy sauce it just like the dish from heaven, I just can't stop myself from taking more rice with the great taste beside the daikon & ginger topping, the freshness & smoothness texture of the grouper really impressed me.

steamboat lover, I simply liked the clear herbal soup with nice herbal aroma but the Tom yam soup will turn nicer if it's sour enough. The ingredients they served fresh enough. I had tried two new ingredients giant crab meat stick and fried stuff fish ball, both really taste great to me. I'm sure kids will love these too. The chili dipping sauce really hot and spicy that 'boom' my tongue. It definitely 'LOVE' by those chili lovers.....
Thumb up for the bird's nest desert because Bird Nest Palace always serves best quality and the steaming method used to this desert to ensure nutritious sealed.
