Thank you for your intended review of us on openrice.com. However we noticed that you may have mixed us up with another bakery in the area. The above attached photo you have taken is not from from our bakery located at Lot G213, rather it is the cashier counter of another bakery in the area.
Food safety and hygiene are our utmost concern including daily maintenance of facility for all our outlets. Cashier counter which is not in good condition is strictly not allowed at all times.
We welcome feedback from our regular customers like you however inaccuracy of information and defamation are strictly not tolerated. We would appreciate if you remove the inaccurate picture depicted within 5 working days and double confirm the name of the bakery the next time you visit by looking at the store name and receipt printed.
