朋友介紹去這間餐廳,由香港廚師主理,我們一行9人,在門口的海鮮位置揀海鮮,由老闆發辦,最好味是食奶油蝦,香港未食過這種煮法,有奶油香,真是非常好味!老闆介紹了一條魚,重點是魚油,加埋啲飯一齊食,正到不得了!其他食物也不錯! continue reading

去旅行食唔慳得,駛得超值,海鮮彈牙又超好味,煮食方法又包羅萬有,老闆又talk得玩得,仲介紹好多旅遊資訊,邊度搵。所以我地既旅程頭尾2日都黎漁人碼頭番尋味,下次再黎沙巴一定要返黎食。推介手臂大老虎蝦(唔會擺出黎)乾煎,濕煎,刺身胡椒。。。6斤重野生龍蝦兩味(刺身+龍蝦粥)。東星班,大螄蚶白灼。。。基本上想食咩,想點煮口法都可以同老闆講就攪點,另外餐廳內有VIP房,而VIP房價錢唔貴,想坐得舒服就要訂房啦!老闆係香港人所以好夠鑊氣,正呀! continue reading
