Harold's Bread is located at ipoh and the promotion deal is great enough.You can get a roti with one glass of iced lemon tea with just RM6.90 on weekdays. It is very worth. The taste of the turkey slice is nice too. There are different flavour such as tuna, egg and seafood each day depends on the menu. 

The menu available at Harold's bread include tuna delight, seafood, turkey slice,egg mayo and chicken slice. The price during weekday is cheaper, the deal is good as it gives out a glass of refreshing iced lemon tea for free. I ordered the egg mayo as it was thurday when I visited Harold's bread. It tasted nice and chilled with the lemon juice. Nice.

Chanity FruitShould the journey back is expected to take longer time, then you could just help yourself with some dessert while waiting for the time to pass by. The seating area is actually quite comfy as it is al fresco at the exterior part of the outlet. This Chanity Fruit is presented in the form of some soft cake with milk cream, before topping off with some strawberries. The cake is quite moist and with some hint of vanilla fragrance. Best eaten while chilled.

MuffinsYou could find some decently baked muffins at Harold’s Bread while on the way journeying back to the northern part. You could choose from vanilla or for the sweeter tooth, some chocolate chips muffin. They come in a nicely wrapped cupcake paper and portion wise is decent. The cake is spongy and not too sweet. For the chocolate version, you could opt for either with or without dashes of castor sugar. For me, I would be happy to skip it

Ipoh White CoffeeAs Gopeng is quite near to the town of Perak, for sure it is not going to miss promoting the famous Ipoh White Coffee But of course, having your cuppa here is meant to be quick for it is just another R&R stop while travelling to north. The coffee smells as good as it is, the unmistakably fragrant coffee aroma. I would love to have some milk to my coffee as always, for that would help smoothen the overall experience. A simple refreshment like this cuppa would help to awaken you

Blueberry Cheese tartMy eyes are already sparkling the moment I see these delightful spread. From the presentation, the Blueberry Cheese tart does look promising. The cream cheese is nicely filled up in the pie tart and swirled with some blueberry syrup. It is glittering too due to the layer of apricot. As you bite on it, the thickness of cheese is agreeably good, except that it is bit solid. It would taste better if the cheese tart filling is more moist as that would increase the overall creami

Mini TartsFor those who can’t take really take creamy food in bigger portion while travelling, then you can help yourself with the little mini tarts by Harold’s Bread. It is sold at RM 1.99 for 5 pieces, which I suppose will be suffice to fix your hunger pangs in between. Comes in several flavors like chocolate, orange and strawberry, there are piped in the small cutesy paper cup. It does looks bit dry and taste harder than its bigger-sized peers. Premium Chocolate SliceFor those with sweet tooth, you might want to give this selection a try. The Premium Chocolate Slice is pretty dense with chocolate ganache, especially on the top. Layering in between is the chocolate sponge cake that is quite moist and soft. Not too sweet not too rich. Occasional bites of fresh strawberry does balance out the sweetness level with some citrusy in it.

Fire Crackers SausageDeemed as one of the Best Seller, this Fire Crackers Sausage does looks amusing enough. From the shape of the pastry to its funky name Obviously, the chef of the bakery has some kind of creative injection to its recipe that able to entice its guests. Look like apple pie type but taste like savoury sausage bread The pastry skin on the outside layer is slightly crispy while fluffy inside. Little buttery and seems to go pretty well with bouncy sausage wrapped within.

Harold's BreadFrankly speaking, I never expect to find such modern bakery in the middle of highway, while on the way heading to Penang. As the journey stopped for a short break, I get to explore more on this new bakery in town that seems offer a delectable array of cakes and puffs.
