Max Gourmet at Gurney Plaza is perhaps the best place to go, for a cheap, good and reasonably fast meal. The meals in the restaurant are many from dim sum to Chinese Cuisine.  The meal which I ordered is the "One Bite" Mini Dumpling. The mini Dumpling is kinda normal where the meat is not is nothing to shout about. The skin is slightly thick as well and it has not really juicy as well.
