The chicken maryland in James Foo Western Food at Fettes Park is serve in a very generous portion. The dish consists of a large piece of chicken maryland, a fried banana, a hot dog, one slice of ham, french fries and salad vege. For just RM 9.50 for this dish, it totally worth every price that I pay. The chicken maryland is very tender but somehow if you have to much of it, you will feel it is too dry as there are no gravy given. Overall, a very great dish as the chicken remains the crispiness
