久未逛夜市小吃，举凡是炸物，在夜市都会有生意可做。所以在夜市里，从炸鸡、炸云吞、炸春卷、炸薯片到新近的炸蟹肉、炸烧卖、炸菇菇和炸鱿鱼等都给创造了出来。逛了那么多次夜市，我还从来未买过夜市的炸菇菇，大片大块的炸物也都尽量少买，因为个个看起来都炸得很恐怖，而今夜却破例了。俺不是会吃之人，可是常常嘴巴就是痒，会乱吃一通或拼命吃。我有个填不饱的胃。综合炸菇类吃起来很油很油，因菇类本来就很吸油。嫌它吃下去，干的部分炸得干干，像在吃垃圾般毫无营养价值可言。软的部分就很吸油，吃下去不酥、犯罪感特重。这份炸物吃下肚，看来接下来得戒口忍一下，暂时不乱吃了。
