今天天气很热，觉得有点热气。很想吃炒粿条，不过又怕热气。在槟城有一个好处，可以选择吃粿条汤。就叫了一碗。粿条的汤底很好喝呢，还有面也很滑的，一口一口的就吃完了。。。里面的料很新鲜呢。

这个杂菜饭档口虽小，但是也准备了不少的菜肴。大概都有差不多二十样。看到很吸引，我就买了几样菜，有卤肉，咕噜肉，以及一个菜心。咕噜肉最好吃，觉得酱很好，咕噜肉口感很好。卤肉的汁很好，但是肉有点粗。

这个档口其实很不错的，有许多好料吃，如五香卤肉，laksa，淋面。小吃方面还有popiah呢。我叫了一个laksa面来吃，觉得laksa面的汤蛮辣的，不过面不会粘牙，不错。还有许多的配料在里面，如果汤可以减少一点辣就很不错的。

这个炒粿角档口已经很多年了，听说老板的炒功很不错的。就来试一试，闻到味道不错，吃了一口觉得炒得很入味。不过有一点油腻，黑酱油也好像放了很多。不过放了许多鸡蛋，芽菜，以及其它的配菜觉得很不错呢。

The serving was rather large for 2 persons, I tried to order a smaller serving, but the waiter mentioned this was the smallest serving they had. If I'm not mistaken, it was half a chicken. The taste was superb though. I'm always in love with these type of "white" chicken, the chicken flesh always comes out being really smooth and added with the soy sauce, it is rather tasty.
