This cafe at Penang serve various type of western foods like steaks, salads, spaghetti and other side dishes. They use the organic ingredients to prepare the dishes too. One of the signature dishes is the Jar Meatball which serves the meatball spaghetti in a jar. On the other hand, their signature drink is Sparkling Pomelo which is mixed with sparkling juice with orange and pomelo juice. This café and the Malaysian clothing brand Pestle and Mortar share the same shop. However, the café at Penang is very small and has very limited seats. So if you're thinking for something to grab and go, here is it. They only offer a few flavors of Doffle and Piffle, coffee and some soda drinks. 6. 20 Chulia Lane Café

This café is newly opened and located at Lorong Chulia, Georgetown. Due to newly opened, their menu has limited options. At the moment, they only serve Nasi Lemak, Tom yam noodle, baked salmon spaghetti and Spanish tortilla. Other than that, they also provide coffee and waffles. The atmosphere here is pretty nice and is suitable to enjoy a good tea break here!

7. Garage Coffee House

This coffee shop is one and half stories shop lot, so is kind of spacious inside. Interior design is modern mixed with retro European, heavyweight motorcycle drawings and car plate decoration on the wall. The food they providing are western foods including spaghetti, salads, snacks, steaks and more. The pinky lady, rose latte, honey milk and salted caramel are highly recommended by them. Furthermore, they have a small corner reserve for ten or more people. Thus, family gathering or birthday celebration, this is the most suitable cafe in Penang!

8. KOTA Dine & Coffee@ Fort Cornwallis

This coffee house is located at the Penang historical landmark, Fort Cornwallis. The coffee house is filled up with floor-to-ceiling windows with white theme color. The atmosphere here is elegant and play classical music will makes you feel like you are having a tea break in European country. However, the dishes are based on the Penang local food and the food is awesome! Like the Hokkien Mee, they put in some creativity by replacing mee with Angel Hair Pasta, two prawns and quail egg studded with caviar. The taste was really nice to eat with the thick and rich prawn soup base. Other than that, they also serve satay, curry, laksa, coffee and French dessert. The environment and the food are amazing! 9. Pink Elephant Ice Cream

Pink Elephant Ice Cream is newly opened at Penang Queensbay Mall. This ice cream is come from Thailand and they have mixed and matched the flavors for you. The five ice cream flavors are chocolate, vanilla, yam, green tea and Thai Milk tea. They matched the ice cream with oreo cookies, red bean, peanuts, popcorns, banana and more. However, here is more likely an ice cream kiosk rather because they only have two tables and always occupied by other people. Thus, you can get a seat at other places to enjoy the ice cream.

10. Tavern in the Park

This café is located at Hin Bus Depot, the glass coffee house placed inside a beautiful place. Moreover, they provide types of food like burgers, salads, toast and other western variety. The highlight of this café is crostini, which have smoked salmon, blueberry and strawberry, peanut butter banana and three mushrooms. Other than that, you can also grab their desserts and coffee as well. The scene of indoor and outdoor was a feast for the eyes. 11. Tian Yi Tian

This is a newly opened mini dessert stall which located at Jalan Nagore, Georgetown. The tables are place at the outside corridor of the stall. The foods they offer are ice cream spring roll, popcorn chicken and ice kacang. In the mood for some light bites? Come here then!

Vegetarian leaves an impression to people that only few choices of food and only vegetables. Actually there are many types of vegetarian dishes. Like Vegetarian Kitchen, they have come out with special vegetarian dish. Besides that, their signature homemade mushroom soup is cooked with different kind of mushrooms and vegetables for hours.
