Wrapped Fish In Egg

Some of the items in the menu are quite interesting, it will not be easy to get from local restaurants. I think these items are really the creation of Hong Kong people. For example. wrapped fish in egg served with chinese mushroom rice. The dish sounds interesting but taste wise, i think it was average only. The fish fillet is wrapped by the omelette. The aromatic omelette was slightly bland in taste and so does the fish. However, I love the chinese mushrooms.
