Tsubu Kimuchi (seasoned top shell – a marine snail). We ordered this even before we know what was it. Only later we found out that it was marine snail. This top shell was seasoned with kimchi flavour. The seasoning tasted slightly spicy and tomato-ish, and slightly tangy in flavour. Although the top shell was crunchy and succulent, it has extremely “fishy” taste.
