I was having a craving for some takoyaki. Since I couldn't go all the way to One Utama to get my favourite Tako Tao, I settled for takoyaki from Sakae Sushi. I ordered, and it took quite a while to come. My initial thought was that it looked more like potato balls than takoyaki. Compared to Tako Tao, the takoyaki here is quite below par. I ordered, and it took quite a while to come. My initial thought was that it looked more like potato balls than takoyaki. Compared to Tako Tao, the takoyaki here is quite below par. The balls was literally a round piece of flour, not much ingredients except for a tiny bit of chopped cabbage and a small piece of baby squid. It was served with some teriyaki sauce, mayonnaise drizzle and fish flakes. Taste wise, just so-so.
