Wanting to eat steam egg, I ordered an ala carte dish and a separate bowl of rice to go with it. When it came, I was quite surprised at the portion of the dish, it was big and I would be full even without the additional bowl of rice. But then again, it would be a bit too salty without rice not because of the salted egg but because of the minced pork and the essence at the base on the plate. I love the small bits of salted egg which weren't too overwhelmingly salty but served as an extra flavour

I love the small bits of salted egg which weren't too overwhelmingly salty but served as an extra flavour to the minced meat and egg. The portion of the egg was small so it felt more like eating minced pork with salted egg.
