Spaghetti Olio

The creamy Spaghetti Olio came with lots of mushrooms. I am not sure how many types of mushrooms being used. But on my count, there are about three types of mushroom being used such as Shiitake, Enoki and Cremini mushrooms. It was well prepared and not too dry or too oily. I liked that dish. The spaghetti is springy and soft. It is garnished with some Italian parsley.
