Soft Shell Crab Pasta. The pasta was served with soft shell crab on top together with roe. The soft shell crabs were fresh but they were not crunchy, and became slightly soggy due to the simmered sauce. They were slightly salty too. This sauce has a tint of crab sauce in it, which was slightly salty and bitter at the same time. The bitterness was due to the tinge of sesame.
