This is the Sky View Restaurant at Sentul. Went there several times, love their signature cheesy sang mee and mongolia sang mee.This is their cheesy sang mee. Believe me, you must try this out when you go there. The sauce is so rich and creamy. The deep fried pork meat on top is so crispy and fried to a nice tender. This is their mongolia sang mee. The only thing different is they served it with pork ribs on top. The pork ribs mix with their homemade mayonaise sauce.
This is hokkien mee. This is not that good. Lack of "wok hei" and a bit tasteless.
This is loh mee. As what i said just now, they're specialize in sang mee. But when it's come to this loh mee. The noodles is too hard, and lack of the taste.
