Simmered (North America) Lobster. Out of so many options, we finally settled with this North America simmered style. It was a style that simmer the whole lobster with superior stock. A glass of butter oil and corn were served alongside this lobster. As it was being simmered, the freshness of the lobster was there, but the meat was slightly tough. The butter oil was good.
