The vermicelli is boiled and soften in a thick gravy. The soup might appear brownish starchy, but it’s savoury nice and not salty. This bowl of noodle was also topped with raw oysters, chicken slices, scallions as well as dashes of parsley, which makes the dish much more fragrant! Best eaten with their inhouse sambal (chilly paste) and also remember to add some vinegar to it. This will further enhance the overall flavor. As for the sambal, it wasn’t that spicy and it’s aromatic with all the added spices in it. Slurps!

I think the portion bit small and it shouldn't be any problem for me to clear up two bowls!
However, in my humble opinion, the Oyster Mee Sua is much better back in the early days when they first launched
