The sambal sotong seems like a malay traditional foodBut the sotong rings really huge which makes it very chewy and you have to cut it up before you can fit it into your mouthThe sotong was really bright orange and red in colour but it wasn't spicyI wish they used smaller sized sotong so that it is not so rubberyIt doesn't taste much like the sambal sotong that you find as nasi lemak

I wish they used smaller sized sotong so that it is not so rubbery
It doesn't taste much like the sambal sotong that you find as nasi lemak
