Pork Sausages with Sauerkraut

The outlet here used to have lunch promotion with this dish included. Having heard of so many good comments about german sausages, I did not hesitate to give this a try. Indeed it did not dissapoint me. I love the firm texture with good quality of meats used. One was not enough for me, I wish there were more. I enjoyed dipping it with some mustard to give additional spicy kick. The sauerkraut essentially comprised potatoes, leeks, bacon and cabbage- decent and well seasoned.
