Pork noodle is also one of my favorite coffee shop food. Very close to O&S coffee shop is the Seaview coffee shop. Unlike other noodle soup, when a pork noodle is ordered, the chef still need to cook the soup again in the pot, and raw pork pieces and minced pork will only be added at this time. Therefore, it is always a longer wait. This pork noodle soup here is very tasty with lots of pork lard. The soup is very clear and sweet. You have the option to add more ingredients such as pork intestines, or egg, or pork liver.
