Pork Chop with Orange Cream

Apparently this particular dish is very popular among Betty's Midwest Kitchen's customers. I guess the main draw must be the unique sounding "Orange Cream".. hmmm wondering what that must have taste like? Not that "orange-y" to be honest; but delicious nonetheless The pork chop was well marinated and coated with spiced flour perfectly before being deep fried and then later drenched with delicious orange cream. Yums Plus it has ample sidelines of green peas too!
