Hehe… Now I know the main culprit, and I shall be more alert the next time if I wanted to enjoy a bowl of Asam Laksa, haha Noodles are very smooth and springy. The plain taste stripes are best soaked In the savory laksa soup and then enjoyed with the fish flakes which had been coarsely shredded. I might want to try out Curry Laksa next time.
