Just a stone throw away from O&S is another coffee shop name Restoran New Seaview. Also has been around for as long as I could remember. I went ahead to order a clear soup pan mee. Only when the order is placed, the dough for the pan mee will be taken out to knead into the smaller pieces that I requested. I can see the soup was cooking on the burner and the noodle added in. Within minutes, my hot bowl of pan mee is served. I like the broth which is so tasty due to the anchovies. The pan mee was very smooth and doesn’t have any flour taste. Some veggies and mushrooms were added. There were two slices of fried bean curd skin that I don’t usually come across in pan mee, but this bean curd skin was so crispy and thin, it was delicious. Their sambal was spicy and addictive.
