So this time, we had the paku. It was my first time having a paku vegetable, I suppose it is some fern kind of vegetable. It was stir fried in Thai style with garlic on top. I must say this is one hell of a dish. It goes very well with rice and I can't get more of it. The vege was soft and slimy, slightly spicy. The garlic was the cream of the crop as it makes the whole dish smells and taste better. It gets kinda oily at the end of it though.
