Nyonya Stewed Chicken is being well marinated with soya sauce before stewed with dry chilli sauce. I personally felt that this was a fusion Nyonya Stewed Chicken. As it is served with a lot of half hard boiled eggs and fried tau kwa instead of braised potatoes. Maybe because it was a dry version. The stewed chicken served great with plain rice and lime juicy drink.
