Nyonya Laksa
There's three variety to choose from on what you want to mix your Nyonya Laksa with, ranging from ramen, brown rice, or bee hon, I choose bee hon because I love ultra thin type of noodle. There is tempeh, organic beancurd puff,
bean sprout, long beans, lady’s fingers, eggplant, shredded carrot and cucumber in out homemade cashew nut laksa (a healthier substitute for coconut milk); garnished with chopped laksa leaves. I simply love the sourness and spiciness as it suit my acceptance level. The noodle however tend to soak up the laksa soup which make me quite full upon finishing my meal. Thumbs up for the great aromatic soup.
