The Nasi Goreng Mama Yati is actually a fried rice with giant prawns. However, the prawns weren't as fresh as I would like it to be. The prawn was a minor letdown considering the fried rice was really nice. The dish is served with nice sunny egg. The fried rice is cooked together with some dried shrimp to add flavor. Personally, I like the rice, but not a very big fan of the prawns. A good dish nevertheless. if you could get over the less than fresh prawns.
