Japanese ice cream is another favourite dessert of mine, especially the two flavours mentioned. Those are the usual flavours that people will go for. Kindori serves them that suits my tastebuds very well.Did I mention that Kindori uses natural ingredients to make their ice cream? Left: Matcha I love anything with matcha. This contains a rich matcha flavour, finished with a smooth milk aftertaste. Very fragrant and nice dessert.
Right: Black Sesame
I can still taste and bite into the tiny black sesame seeds in the ice cream, very toasty and aromatic flavour.
Both the texture of ice-cream is rich, spooning them with the crunchy wafer biscuit, which is crispy and smells good. Enjoy them together is a good match.
