It was my first time dining over at this quaint French restaurant which has a very nice ambiance. One of the dishes prepared for us were the raw beef slice or "beef tartare" as I was told. It was essentially a raw beef dish, sliced thinly served with cheese and accompanying sauces. The taste was pretty good, as it was raw anyway, a sweet tangy taste. The spices spinkled on it brought out the flavour, and went really well with cheese and the sauces.
