Organic Lei Cha (Pounded tea) Rice is their most famous dish (MYR 13.90 for small portion). Since they were promoting healthy diet, they only served brown rice. The condiments were celery, carrot, soy beancurd, cekur manis, black fungus, Choy Sum, dried radish and long bean. All vegetables were slightly blanched to remain their crunchiness and natural sweetness. Instead of peanuts, they served sunflower seeds which were surprisingly more flavorful.

The Lei Cha soup here was added with some kinds of Chinese herbals which contributed to a little bitterness. I still prefer the version from my mom.
