While eating, we were suddenly greeted by a couple of ex-colleagues who wanted to have dinner at the same restaurant. I was happy, and this meant that I have a chance to try out more dishes. They ordered the Kung Po Squid. Each piece of morsel did resemble a piece of squid, and they were fried nicely with just the right amount of spiciness of dried chillies. Served together with some cashew nuts, it was quite unforgettable.
